Upload The Attachment Error Through The "New File" Button

When creating the attachment under the Activity, after selecting the file and confirming,
no attachment record is generated in the system, and the error is reported in log:

ScfEventLog SubEvtFacInfo 3 000024de59c32db0:54849 2017-10-10 16:16:27 (Internal error) Could not collect data for dataEnum 9
