Process XMLPReportServer on siebel server terminated (Doc ID 2320973.1)

New installation of IP 16 integrated to BIP 12C. The xmlpserver url is accessible and sadmin user is able to login.

When an upload files is performed from siebel UI, it fails showing the error "Process XMLPReportServer on Siebel server server1 terminated"
