A 13 seconds gap is seen in the LoyEngineRealtime logs when running a process:

Steps to Reproduce:

1- Login to Siebel Loyalty and navigate to the Loyalty Transactions View
2- Create a Loyalty Transaction
3- Set Status to "Acceptable"
4- Click in the "Process" button
