Symptoms
When attempting to give the text as %^[]|<>~` in First Name Field
the following error occurs.

Invalid encoded property set string
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Go to Sitemap--Admin-Users--Employees
3. Create new Record and give the the first name as %^[]|<>~`
