China DateTime Picker Issue

Symptoms
For Chineese application, when we choose PM it is getting changed to AM on open date time picker.
Steps to replicate the issue:
------------------------------------
1. Navigate to Activity screen and select Start Date Field.
2. Modify the Date Value to any time with PM designator and Save the record.
3. PM value will change to AM value Automatically
