How to avoid collision detected error message in the CRM Desktop client for the deleted Activities.
Business Scenario: User deletes a activity in Siebel but the deletion of synchronized activities in the Siebel Calendar results in collision detected error message in the CRM Desktop client and the activity is still available in the Outlook calendar until user manually choose "Siebel overwrite" in the CRM-Desktop Client Control Panel.
Sales representatives have the following business requirement to achieve:
1) User planned the visits with customer.
2) Customer cancel the meeting.
3) User delete the Action in the Siebel Calendar and want to delete this action automatically from his Outlook, because it's not important anymore.
