Error While Doing Subject Visit Plan/Unplan In IP 16.12 Siebel CTMS Environment (Doc ID 2336128.1)

Symptoms

While trying to Plan/Unplan visits in Siebel CTMS IP 16.12 application , when there are more than 14 visits for a particular visit type.
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to find value for parent field 'LS Clinical Subject Visit Type.Visit Type'. Make sure LinkSpec = TRUE is used on the parent field.(SBL-DAT-00467)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a SVT
2. create 16 visits for Enrollment Visit Type
3. approve the version
4. create a site > associate the version created in above step to site Active version.
5. navigate to site > Subjects > create a new subject > Apply active version > schedule the subject.
6. navigate to site > Subject > Visit Types > select enrollment visit type and click on Plan. this error pops up
