When attempting to Click on existing order number error below occurs

Error retrieving the next record from the database. (SBL-DBC-00104).

STEPS

1)Login to Siebel Application

2)Navigate to Orders View

3)Select All Orders.

4)Query by xxxxx (Order Number)

5)Click on drilldown
