What Are Database Prerequisites For Siebel Approval Manager (Doc ID 2350467.1)

Customer is installing Siebel Approval Manager for IP 2017 and have the following questions for the SAM Database:

1) Do we need to install a separate database instance, or can it be a new schema in an existing instance? Or could we use the existing Siebel schema on the Siebel instance?

2) Assuming it is in its own schema, how much space should be allocated to the table space and index space?

3) Do we have to create the SAM database user before running the installation? If yes, is there a role it needs granted, or is all of this taken care of in the installation script?
