Loyalty Engine - Multiple Executions Of An OOTB SELECT Statement On Accruals and Parameter Questions (Doc ID 2350713.1)

Customer was running Accruals on the Loyalty Batch engine.

The SQL generated was running constantly, giving a performance overhead. Customer asked the following questions.

1) Customer asked for an overview of the functionality

2) customer also asked how the parameters worked:
LOY - Engine Member Synchronization Y
LOY - Engine Number of Runs -1
LOY - Engine Number of Tasks 4
LOY - Engine Queue Objects Transaction:90,Bucket:10,Accrual:10
LOY - Engine Sleep Time (secs.) 30

3) "So the question is what we can do in order to reduce the number of times that the engine performs the full scan."
