Error On Modify Promotion SBL-ORD-00110: A Request Has Already Been Made To Disconnect

Error on Modify Promo "SBL-ORD-00110: A request has already been made to disconnect."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select account , Active asset should be present under the account.
2. Go to Account Summary view.
3. In this applet, select active promotion present on child account and click on Modify Promo.
4. Promotion Popup applet will open. Select any Promotion from that applet and click OK.
5. Once we click OK , we get error "SBL-ORD-00110: A request has already been made to disconnect" but at the same time New Pending Upgrade order is being generated.
