Smart Script Timeout Property In Clinical Trip Reports Not Working Under Site Visits (Doc ID 2352894.1)

Siebel CTMS Smart Script does not work properly during Session TimeOut -

1) Create smart script and select template Visti Trip Report only

2) Goto site management - Drilldown on site#

3) Goto question tab - click on Answer button

4) It will open smart script and put some Answers on Smartscript pages and wait for session time out

5) Now relogin again to resume same smartscript

6) Goto Admin - smart script - Saved Session

7) Click on recent record and make sure same script started

8) Now complete this and submit

9) Drill down site again and check show all answers button..its blank
