Running Query With OR Operator (Doc ID 2357928.1)

On : 8.1.1.14.9 [IP2014] version

Users would like to be able to query by copying fields from Excel and querying these in Siebel using OR operator:

Copy a number of values (e.g. Service Request Numbers) from an excel sheet
Add OR operator at the end as shown below:

1-561091 OR
1-367141 OR
1-367156

Navigate to Service Request List Applet
Query for the above three values as shown above

If the user is using Chrome browser, the Query returns the results correctly. However if the user is using Internet Explorer, it does not work.
