Siebel BIP Reports Template Deletion throws HTTP 500 Because Of Wrong User Context (Doc ID 2363414.1)

On : 8.1.1.14.18 [IP2014] version, Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Deletion of BIP report templates from Siebel UI results in an authentication error using BI Publisher security XDO mode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects the delete reports to work in the same way as upload reports with the BI Publisher security XDO mode.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced ONLY in customer environment at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel AOM as sadmin
2. Select BIP Report Template and press "Delete" in the Custom Report Templates view in Siebel
3. The request is send directly from the AOM via WebService ( as user sadmin) to the BIP
4. Deletion Fails due to an authentication error , as sadmin does not exist in our BIP.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete reports and this was causing a setback.
