Symptoms

After upgrade of Siebel Database from PRE Innovation Pack 2017 to Innovation Pack 2017 or later (CRM Update 18.x, 19.x, 20.x, 21.x) , when developers edit an existing workflow and try to deliver it to a workspace such as MAIN it fails with either(or both) of the errors below:

Upgrade of Siebel Design Repository from pre IP 2017 for higher version such as Siebel CRM 18.x, 19.x, 20.x, 21.x.
