Symptoms

When attempting to process inbound email with eMail Response, the following error occurs:

ERROR

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 000000145a9d2090:0 2018-03-05 17:16:25 (oracon.cpp (3847)) SBL-DBC-00107: An Oracle database error has occurred.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.
ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 000000145a9d2090:0 2018-03-05 17:16:25 (oracon.cpp (1726)) SBL-DBC-00110: The characters: '' that are being inserted into column 'Comment', are not compatible with the Server Database Charset.

NOTE: The database in this case is UNICODE
