Restrict the display of email templates for user selection based on the screen from which the user is using F9.
The requirement was handled by adding a eScript code in “Applet Load” event of “Send Communication Applet”.
Intermittently the above code does not include the business object name resulting in the email body showing all the templates breaking the business requirement.
