Clicking F9 key multiple times (Fast) on SR Screen. The Pick Applet (Pick Recipient) loads multiple repeated selections.
Siebel Version: 15 Patch Set 5, 4
Open UI: Enabled
Issue Reproducible on IE, Chrome, both Dedicated and Thin Client
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Services screen
3. Click on F9 multiple times continuously
