Siebel IP17 Integration with BIP12C

Integrated the Siebel IP17 with BIP 12C.
While trying to test the BIP url "http://<server:port>/xmlpserver/" with Siebel security credentials (SADMIN login), it throws the below error.

Changes

 Copied all siebel jks certificates from siebel server to BIP machine. Imported the certificates to <\Middleware\Oracle_Home\oracle_common\jdk\jre\lib\security\cacerts> and to the <C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_161\lib\security\cacerts>.
