Unable To Edit Web Layout On Certain Applets In Web Tools (Doc ID 2394954.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel IP17 some applets do not display correctly when using Web Tools to modify Web Layout.  Applets can appear distorted and without ability to edit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in in Web Tools.
  2. Create a new development workspace.
  3. Navigate to Applets.
  4. Try to check a layout of one of the custom applets.
