Unable to Edit Attachments with DISA

On : 17.5 [IP2017] version


Edit button is disabled as Siebel was not able to connect to Desktop Integration Siebel Agent. after DISA installation

STEPS
-----------------------

1.Install DISA
2.Go to Activities, Drilldown to navigate to attachments
3.Click on the file to Open the attachment, Edit button is disabled
