現象
Siebel の新規インストールの後、ログインページにアクセスするとサーバービジーが返されます。
"アクセスしようとしているサーバーは、他の処理に占有されているか、問題が発生しています。Webブラウザを閉じ、新しいブラウザウィンドウを開き、ログインをやり直してください [19:30:23]"
SWSE ログに以下の出力があります:
