Symptoms
Siebel is set up in IP17 to integration with an external system that uses https protocol, so the correct Certificate is in TrustStore and Key in Key Store.
When invoking the 'EAI HTTP Transport' service in IP17 and passing parameters HTTPCertSerialNo and HTTPCertAuthority, along with other required information, the following error occurs:
Error Error 1 000006595ad21893:0 2018-04-17 14:44:01 Scanning the certificate store.
Error Error 1 000006595ad21893:0 2018-04-17 14:44:01 Could not find the certificate: certificate authority "CN=CN_VALUE Enterprise Certification Authority 05 G2,OU=OU_VALUE,O=O_VALUE,C=US", serial number "4bfe3f010000000a27d5" in store, error code 80092004
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call the Business Service "EAI HTTP Transport" via Business Simulator
2. Passing following Input parameter
