Symptoms
While handling inbound XML, custom business service was invoked to associate team members to Opportunity. It works most of the time but sometimes it is failing with below error.
From the object manager log, it fails when try to insert record in S_OPTY_POSTN.
The issue cannot be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the custom business service which will associate team members to Opportunity
2. Sometimes, the script throws above error
