Siebel IP2017 Replacing Selfsigned Certificates With The Certificates Issued By Internal CA Causes certificate_unknown error (Doc ID 2403498.1)

Symptoms

On : 17.2 [IP2017] version, Security / Authentication

When attempting to replace self signed certificates used to install IP2017 with new ones issued by the internal certification authority,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: certificate_unknown


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate self signed certificates by following the guide lines from Doc ID 2294567.1
2. Install and configure IP2017.
3. Replace the self signed certificates with the one from the internal CA by following the guide lines from (Doc ID 2312714.1).
