On : 17.0 [IP2017] version, Reports
When trying to login with the Siebel Admin integration user into BI Publisher, the following error message is raised:
oracle.xdo.security.ValidateExeption: Cannot reauthenticate operation Authenticate. (SBL-EAI-04501).
The BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0 is configured to use 'Siebel Security Model'
The BIPSiebelSecurityWS is defined like: https://<SiebSrvr>:<Portnumber>/siebel/app/eai/<Lang>?SWEExtSource=WebService&SWEExtCmd=Execute&WSSOAP=1
