Last Name Required Error On New Contact Creation In Contact Pick Applet In Sales Order Form Applet (Doc ID 2408518.1)

When attempting to click on New Button Icon of Account Contact Pick Applet of Sales Order Form Applet
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Last Name is Required Field"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to eCommunications & drilldown any Sales Order, go to Order Form Applet
2. Select Last Name Field & Click on Pick Icon to Open pick Applet (based on Account Contact BC)
3. Click on New Record Button to open another Pick Applet (Based on Contact BC)
4. Click on New Record Button to create Contact here

Result :  After clicking New Button the error pops up. "Last Name is Required Field"

6. Although after closing the Popup, New Contact Form Applet opens
