S_RR_WORKFLOW Tables Are Empty after Siebel Migration: Workflows are Deleted After IRR (SBL-EAI-04319) (Doc ID 2410920.1)

Symptoms


After Siebel Migration from the Development to Test environment, the S_RR_WORKFLOW table is empty.

There are workflow errors in the associated logs.

EAI log file captured the following error messages:
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000145b191825:0 2018-06-07 18:04:34 (wservice.cpp (140)) SBL-EAI-04307: No ports were initialized for Web Service named 'SiebelSearchPlusWebService' having namespace value 'http://abc.com/CustomUI'.
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000145b191825:0 2018-06-07 18:04:34 (factory.cpp (246)) SBL-EAI-04319: Active Workflow Process named 'SM Service Request with DataMap' cannot be found in runtime database 'ServerDataSrc'.
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000145b191825:0 2018-06-07 18:04:34 (factory.cpp (246)) SBL-EAI-04319: Active Workflow Process named 'SM Service Request SRM' cannot be found in runtime database 'ServerDataSrc'.
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000145b191825:0 2018-06-07 18:04:34 (factory.cpp (246)) SBL-EAI-04319: Active Workflow Process named 'SM Service Request' cannot be found in runtime database 'ServerDataSrc'.

Based on these errors, user executed a select count in Siebel Runtime Repository tables (S_RR*) and an important table (S_RR_WORKFLOW) is empty in test environment.
However, in the development environment, this table has 2498 rows.

Siebel Migration finished without problems.

STEPS
1. Execute Siebel Application Migration from DEV to TEST.
2. Check record count for S_RR_WORKFLOW.

Result: The S_RR_WORKFLOW table is empty in the migrated Test Environment.


Changes

 Migration was executed from Dev to Test.
