Symptoms

Generation of BI Publisher report from Siebel IP2017 integrated with BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0 fails with the error message below. The same configuration on Windows Server generates a report without error.

SBL-EAI-04116: HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'An error occurred in the secure channel support', code: '12157'
