Not able to login to Application with more than one user for custom AOM (Doc ID 2413772.1)

Symptoms

On : 17.5 [IP2017] version, Security / Authentication

Unable to create new session in siebel IP17 for custom component 



when the url is launched, it launches without any issues for the first time only
Any more tasks are not accepted after that.  

ERROR

createNewSession Siebel Property provided in AI Profile is incorrect. Provide valid value for this property



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create new custom component
2. access the application with two users
3. only one user is able to connect
