Intermittent JMS Timeout On High Volume Message Processing (Doc ID 2415934.1)

In Production, the customer has implemented JMS integration with Oracle SOA server. They have JMS component running of 4 EAI servers. From time to time some of transactions are timing out i.e. fail to respond back to SOA server.

There is no error or timeout happening in the JMS component log files.
