How to Troubleshoot Siebel CTI Toolbar Not Showing Up or All Buttons Disabled After Login (Doc ID 2434747.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


 After setup Siebel CTI Toolbar importing the 3rd Party Communications Configuration (.def) the Siebel CTI Toolbar does not show up or it shows up but ALL the button are disable.

The purpose of this article is to described the most common root cause for the scenario above.



Usually this applies for the following changes:

A) Customer trying to implement the Siebel CTI module for the first time.

B) Customer adding or moving the Siebel CTI Servers machines

C) Customer moving from Siebel High Interactivity to Siebel OpenUI Mode

D) Change on the Communications Configuration with new Commands or Events

E) Change on the 3rd party CTI Driver environment
