Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Siebel IP2017 users are receiving 500 Internal server error while trying to access the AOM most of the times.
Once the 500 error showed in the browser, even if we refresh its not connecting back. Below errors noted on UI:
"500-Internal Server error. There is a problem with resource you are looking for and it cannot be displayed."
