Cloned 'Workflow Process Manager (Server Request)' Business Service Displays SBL-OMS-00203 (Doc ID 2445631.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.17 [IP2016] version, Siebel Workflow

When attempting to call Child workflow from Parent workflow using cloned 'Workflow Process Manager (Server Request)' BS
the following error occurs.

ERROR

SBL-OMS-00203: Error 7668035 invoking method "SupportsInOutParam" for Business Service "Workflow Process Manager"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1)Login to Siebel Tools
2)Create new Work space
3)Go to Business Service
4)Copy 'Workflow Process Manager (Server Request)' Business Service. Give the name as ''Workflow Process Manager (Server Request) Async' for closed record
5)In Business Service User Properties, Change the Mode to 'Async'
6)Go to workflow Object and Design Child workflow
  Steps:
  Start, End
7)Publish the Child workflow
8)Design Parent workflow
  Steps:
  Start, Business service ('Workflow Process Manager (Server Request) Async'),End
9)For BS Step, give the Input arguments as below
  Process Name: Child Workflow Name
  RowId: ObjectId
10)Publish the Parent workflow
11)Deliver the new workspace
12)Activate both the workflows
13)Run the Parent workflow from Sitemap-->Server Management-->Jobs with Workflow Process Manager component

Note: Both workflows are completed successfully. Observed three workflow process manager task logs are generated. In second log, observed below error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot switch on system alert notifications as they will receive too many emails for this issue.
