Symptoms
When trying to execute a Workflow after inactivating a Workflow Step, the error below occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Siebel Tools, inactivate a workflow step in a workflow process
2. Reconnect the branches and validate the workflow - no errors occur
3. Publish the workflow and try to execute the workflow in User Interface
4. Above error appears
