ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Siebel Application IP16.19 Busy Cursor is not working from PM/PR File
Busy cursor icon not appearing while invoking the business service script with Async value False from Siebel PM and PR files.
Note: We are seeing the Busy cursor Icon which Async value is TRUE.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expects to see the Busy cursor icon while invoking the business service script with Async value False from Siebel PM and PR files.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Write PM/PR code to call a custom business service and display busy cursor while it is running
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users don't know the system is busy and needs time to complete before returning control back to user.
