"Schedule" Button is not Copying the Custom fields from the Subject Vist tempalate screen
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom Fields on the Subject Visit Template screen should copy as well.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) You are using Clinical application
2) You create a Visit Template under Administration - Clinical
3) You have added custom fields
4) You go to Site Management >> Subjects and click on the Schedule button all the fields get copied except the custom fields.
