Unable To Login To Siebel Management Console (SMC) After Changes Made to Application Interface (AI) Profile Followed By Profile Re-Deployment

Symptoms
Siebel Administrator was unable to login into Siebel SMC Application after changes made to AI Profile and AI Profile re-deployment. The following error is returned after entering user credentials in SMC Application login page:
The user credentials are correct and no changes on the database level were performed, i.e. change on hostname, instance name or anything similar.
The last known change was on the Application Interface (AI) profile for adding a new application, and AI profile re-deployment.
When attempting to access the new application URL it gives the following error message as the AI profile was not properly deployed.
In the Siebel AI log folder the file CommonLogger.log the following error is observed too:
