Unable To Login To Siebel SMC After AI Profile Redeployment Attempt

Unable to login into Siebel 18.7 SMC. The following error is returned after entering user credentials:
It is known the user credentials are correct, and no changes on the database level were performed, i.e. change on hostname, instance name or anything similar.
The last known change was on the Application Interface (AI) profile for adding a new application, and AI profile redeployment.
When attempting to access the new application URL it gives the following error message as the AI profile was not properly deployed.
In the CommonLoggerLog.log the following error is found:
One should be able to login to SMC, and to the newly deployed application without getting authentication error or "Application: xxxxx not configured in the Deployed Profile."
