SQL with no ROWID condition is issued when bookmark is used

Problem Description

If you move to the bookmarked screen, all search SQL will be issued even though ROWID is specified with parameter "SWERowId 0".

Detail:
When using below bookmark, SQL with ROWID condition runs after running all search SQL without ROWID condition.
