Application Interface Stops Responding And Hangs For Several Minutes (Doc ID 2473526.1)

Symptoms

There are multiple Application Interface Servers (Tomcat) load-balanced that serve interactive object managers like Call Center AOM, and EAI AOM.

After some hours of operation the Application Interface Servers stops responding (hang) and need to be restarted. 

In the PerfLoggerLog.log file located under applicationcontainter_external/logs directory the following information can be found:
