Siebel Indexes Creation For S_EVT_ACT Table Takes Very Long Time To Complete

Goal
During the upgrade of the Siebel 8.0.0.8 database to the targeted Siebel Innovation Pack 18.8 version, the creation of seven of the S_EVT_ACT indexes takes approximately 11 hours of the 20 hours which is the total upgrade time.
These indexes are the following:
S_EVT_ACT_F42 Index Creation 1:14:42.831h
S_EVT_ACT_F82 Index Creation 1:46:50.384h
S_EVT_ACT_F83 Index Creation 1:27:24.942h
S_EVT_ACT_F84 Index Creation 1:28:21.837h
S_EVT_ACT_F85 Index Creation 1:28:15.635h
S_EVT_ACT_F86 Index Creation 1:28:13:101h
S_EVT_ACT_F87 Index Creation 1:26:03.951h
The size of the S_EVT_ACT is 334 GB for 194,715,786 rows.
This time is not acceptable. How can the performance be improved for this specific step (creation of the above indexes)?
