EBC DSUsername should have proper access similar to SADMIN user (Doc ID 2485501.1)

On :  16.19 [IP2016] version

External Business Component (EBC) created on schema other than SIEBEL causes error.

There is  a view which is built on EBC mapped to a schema out side of SIEBEL..
The EBC was created on the table from INILOAD Schema and created applet and view:  normal EBC configuration.


Both DB and SSO are enabled. Users are not able view data with DB authentication.
When using SADMIN for login and navigating in the application, DB authentication is used.
When users navigate to this view via SSO, users do not see any errors: everything works fine.

But, when users are logged in as SADMIN and navigate to that view, the following error displays:

ObjMgrSessionLog Error 1 000003db5be100f8:1060952 2018-11-06 14:05:23 (physmod.cpp (10747)) SBL-DAT-00541: You are not able to login to the database using the database credentials assigned to you.  There may be a problem with the data source you are attempting to log into, or the credentials may be invalid for the data source.

Please contact your system administrator.

This only occurs for the SADMIN user.
SADMIN user has the same responsibilities as the user where the error does not occur outside of SSO.

This occurs in the QA environment.
This behavior worked fine in IP13: the issue occurs with IP16.
