On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, Configuration - General

Unable to proceed to configurator from Warning page

In a scenario where a quote item attribute has an incorrect value on Customization of that Product it navigates us to a warning message page, however on click of OK button it fails to take you back to the Product Configurator page.

This happens for a new quote on first instance, but if they try to navigate to Home page and drill down on the same quote, they are able to successfully navigate to the configurator page on click of OK button on Warning message view.

The scenario in which it fails to navigate the logs show us error "ObjMgrLog Error 1 00006f715c050e00:0 2018-12-04 14:50:56 (procinst.cpp (243)) SBL-BPR-00125: Cannot resume process '1-ABCDEF' for object ''. Verify that an instance does exist and that it has a 'Waiting' or 'Suspended' status."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run econfigurator
2. The customizable product gives a warning to say the product structure or constraint is incorrect
3. Pressing the 'ok' button does nothing
