Excluded Attribute Drop Down Values Are Rendered Using Value Instead Of Cfg_value (Doc ID 2490177.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.10 version, Order Management

When attempting to change an attribute value, based on hard constraint rules,
the following error occurs.

cfgpmodel.js?_scb=_13:42 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefined
  at getIdInfo (cfgpmodel.js?_scb=_13:42)
  at ConfiguratorRenderer.processInput (VM679 cfgrenderer.js:992)
  at VM679 cfgrenderer.js:1399


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a Product with 2 Attributes.
Attr1 = Y and N values.
Attr2 = -,Blue,Green values.

2.Define excluded Property on the Attr2.
3.Add 2 constraints
  1) When Attr1=Y requires Attr2='-'
  2) When Attr1=N requires Attr2<>'-'.
