Symptoms

URL hangs after login and does not render the full page. Also the Cursor spins on the screen indefinitely.

Object Manager: BGCeCommunicationsObjMgr_enu

Error: (modpref.cpp (1034)) SBL-DAT-00801: LoadPreferences: /siebel/gtwysrvr/siebelfs/userpref/SADMIN&Siebel Power Communications.spf: Preference file directory not found.
