Migration of S_LOV_REL in IP 17 using Siebel Migration Application.

List of Values are now being managed through Workspace. As a result, they will be extracted from source environment using Migration Application.

In the case of a Hierarchical List of Values which uses S_LOV_REL table, the Migration utility extracts ONLY S_LST_OF_VAL. 

S_LOV_REL is not workspace enabled and hence not being extracted.

1. How should S_LOV_REL be changed/managed in DEV environment, given that is not currently workspace enabled?
2. What is the recommended approach to migrate S_LOV_REL from Source (DEV) to Target (Downstream environment TEST, PROD etc..)?
