SBL-DAT-00323 error when accessing VBC 'Init' method

We are getting following error SBL-DAT-00323: The method 'Init' is not supported on Business Service '<Business Service Name>' after invoking LogIn CTI command.
The error is displayed when opening a view that contains an applet based on VBC <Business Service Name>. Method 'Init' is in the service connected to the VBC,

SBL-DAT-00323: The method 'Init' is not supported on Business Service '<Business Service Name>'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A user presses the button from CTI Tool bar
2. LogIn CTI command is invoked and the BS is called.
3. The BS method includes a GotoView call
4. Navigated to view with error message
