Siebel SMC Login Fails with Incorrect Username Password Error Using Chain Certificates Imported into Siebel Keystore (Doc ID 2506870.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access SMC with certificate store added certs, the SMC login fails and following errors show up:

ERROR
-----------------------
Incorrect user or password

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add certificates from AD domain to the certificate store JKS on Siebel side.
2. Make sure to import certificates properly.
3. Check to see if the SMC login is successful.
