Symptoms
When a cancellation is processed, the points balance becomes negative
It is expected that there should never be a negative balance
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Accrual > This has 5 points
Redemption used the accrual > 0 points balance
Redemption is cancelled -> accrual cancellation *** > 5 points balance
Original accrual is cancelled -> Redemption cancellation: 0 points balance
The redemption item is on hold, without accrual transaction id assignment.
It is waiting for a new accrual to be created.
The accrual cancellation *** remains unused.
When its accrual items expire, the account miles balance will be negative.
