ISSUE STATEMENT:

No matches are returned when using Siebel provided sample script to invoke Deduplication from the following script example:

Bookshelf > DQ Admin Guide > Administering Data Quality > Calling Data Matching and Data Cleansing from Scripts or Workflows


WHERE IT HAPPENED:

The issue happens in a UAT environment, the functionality is not yet in production environment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Create a business service using the Siebel provided sample script to invoke Deduplication from the following script example:

Bookshelf > DQ Admin Guide > Administering Data Quality > Calling Data Matching and Data Cleansing from Scripts or Workflows

2. Invoke the script using Siebel Client Business Service Simulator View.

3. The script output shows that no matches are returned.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:

This is brand new functionality being developed and it is currently not working.

The feature is planned for deployment to Production on March 20, 2019 and will be used for roughly 10K request coming in per month for these matching web service calls.
